How far in advance do I need to book?
We have clients who book shows a year in advance. Others who call at the last moment "literally, can you come over in an hour?" Prime-time weekends (11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.) tend to fill up quickly. But it always pays to check with us. Sometimes Charles' schedule can be adjusted to accommodate special needs situations.

How to book a show
You can initiate a booking by phone or email. Eventually, it is best to speak with you on the phone. Among the questions we will ask you:

• Date/time of performance
• Type of event (birthday party, holiday party, school or library show, etc)
• Age range of the children
• Approximate number of children
• Approximate number of adults
• Location of show
• Parking information (if necessary)
• Special needs (children with special needs, unusual locations, time restraints, etc
• Directions (and locations within parks, office buildings, schools, condo complexes, etc)

Deposits
Generally, we require a $100 deposit for birthday parties; a slightly higher amount for larger events.  The balance is payable immediately after Charles has finished his show. Show dates are held by deposit. We ask that we receive your check or Pay Pal deposit 3-5 days after we have confirmed your show.  There is a $10 service charge for using Pay Pal.

Cancellation Policy
Once your show is booked, we hold the time for you. We turn down other potential business. So, if you cancel at the last minute, we lose the opportunity to fill the spot with another booking. We refund deposits if you give us two weeks notice.

Bad Weather
Common sense prevails. If the roads are safe to drive, Charles will be there. During the winter months, he allows plenty of drive time. If you feel the need to cancel your event due to bad weather, we will work with you to find a new date. If a new date is not possible, we will give you a deposit credit that you can use for a future show (or give as a gift).
