A child development specialist for over twenty-five years, Linda has taught and directed preschools, led parent education groups in community colleges, taught parenting skills to teen mothers and to immigrant parents, and worked in numerous programs for the safety and education of parents and children.

She completed graduate work in Child Development at California State University, Los Angeles and at The University of Oregon, and holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Antioch University Seattle. Linda is the co-author of Charles the Clown's Guide to Children's Parties, and can be seen in the videos Television and Video, Children at Risk, funded by the U.S. Department of Education and Washington State, and Deserving Another Chance: Teen Parents, Their Children and Play, funded by The Robert Ellis Simon Foundation.

Married to Charles the Clown for thirty years, Linda helps write his shows and manages all bookings. Charles and Linda have two wonderful daughters, Rebecca and Danielle.
